This year, the 9th annual Oyster South Symposium will be held in Houston, Texas—bringing together growers, chefs, researchers, suppliers, and supporters for several days of learning, connection, and celebration at the heart of the Gulf region.

Registration includes all talks and panels, the trade show, the Director’s Reception, and the Shuck & Tell celebration. Current Oyster South members receive discounted tickets, and new members are welcome to join at checkout.
