FARMERS’ GUIDE TO LANDLOCKED 10
Landlocked 10 is Sunday, October 18, 2026 at Legacy Park in Decatur — our 10th anniversary, and we're so glad you're cooking with us. Same 3–7 PM format, with more chefs, more farms and more music than ever. Everything you need is below. Questions? Reach out anytime to our Events Lead, Brooke Rasheed: brooke@oystersouth.com or 470.270.0274.

Check out the photos from past years to get an idea of how it goes down.
TRAVELING FROM OUT OF TOWN?
Refrigerated storage
Our reefer truck will be provided courtesy of our friends at Evans Meats & Seafood. The truck will be parked at Legacy Park starting Saturday morning @ 9AM for dropping off product. Please make sure everything is bagged, tagged, and labeled.
If you’re providing oysters for a specific chef, LABEL the oysters clearly with the restaurant/chef name to avoid mixing.
LODGING
We have a hotel room booked for our out-of-towners on Saturday 10/17 and Sunday 10/18 at the The Hampton Inn & Suites (116 Clairemont Ave), located just a short distance from the event site. If you haven't received your confirmation directly from the hotel, please check your Other/SPAM folders, and reach out directly to Imane Belazar: ibelazar@vhghotels.com. Decatur hotels (all two of them!) are completely full that weekend – if you need additional space, we encourage you to look at AirBnb.

SATURDAY NIGHT WELCOME RECEPTION AT BRICKSTORE PUB
Join us for a reception Saturday, October 17th, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Brickstore Pub on the Decatur Square (125 E Court Square, Decatur, GA 30030). These good friends have offered the use of their lovely backyard for us for the evening. Street parking is available and free after 6PM, but we encourage rideshare. Sponsored by Toast, The Press Shop, and Studio Wythe. After the reception, plan to hit up one of the many Landlocked featured restaurants in and around Decatur, like Kimball House, The Deer & Dove, Fawn, Chai Pani, and No. 246! Reservations highly recommended.
SATURDAY NIGHT: electroshuck AT COMMUNE ️
After dinner head over to Commune (6 Olive St #113, Avondale Estates, GA 30002) for an Everglades Oysters takeover with Tropical oysters and cocktail specials. The farmers at Everglades are also DJs and will guide us through an intimate underground electronic music journey at our favorite hifi listening bar. Come dance! 9pm - late.
SUNDAY NIGHT: AFTER-PARTY
After the event wraps, you're invited to join us at Gene's (2371 Hosea L Williams Drive, Atlanta, GA, 30317) for an official Landlocked 10 After Party sponsored by OpenTable. Jello shots, a DJ, and a few surprises to celebrate all your hard work. No RSVP necessary.

The event site is located directly behind the Legacy Park Admin Building.
Please enter via the SOUTH Driveway, located just past Inman Drive when traveling south on Columbia. You can pull up right in front of the event entrance for load-in.
When you arrive, go FIRST to the FARMER CHECK-IN TENT so we know you’re here, and we’ll show you to your table, and let our runners know to pull your oysters off the truck for you.
After unloading your vehicle, please plan to move it out of the area quickly for others to load-in. Our volunteers onsite will be stationed at the front and in the parking lot with carts to help you unload, and to direct you to the right places.
DUE TO ONGOING CONSTRUCTION AT LEGACY PARK, NO VENDORS WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARK ONSITE THIS YEAR. YOU MUST MOVE YOUR VEHICLE TO THE COLUMBIA SEMINARY LOCATED ACROSS THE STREET. PLEASE ALLOW FOR ENOUGH TIME TO ARRIVE, GET LOADED IN, AND TO DROP YOUR VEHICLE ACROSS THE STREET.
SET-UP NEEDS
We provide:
(1) 6’ x 30” table with a linen
(1) tabletop sign with your farm’s name written on it
IF REQUESTED, (1) Lexan Bin with drain pans 26" wide x 18" long
Ice
Shell buckets
Napkins
Toothpicks
Back-up shuckers
Condiment stations
You bring:
Your own branding, table covers, oyster bins, displays, etc if you’d like - we want you to do it up!!!! Just note that you’ll be outside in a tent, with no walls to hang anything on, so signage should be affixed to your table, hanging from tent or freestanding.
Your own condiments (optional)
A cooler - this is a must for transporting your oysters from the Evans truck to your table
PLEASE LET US KNOW ASAP IF YOU HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL NEEDS. If you have questions about the site plan, signage, etc. just let us know!
PACING
We’re expecting about 1,500 people onsite, including tickets sold, chefs, sponsors, and volunteers. Those of you near the entrance tend to get cleaned out fast, so try to pace yourselves so you’re not out of product before 5:30pm. This year we’re splitting check in through the farmer tent + the chef tent to hopefully help with this.
We suggest: 200 in first hour / 2 bags each. At 3:45pm, knives down and go get a drink to get ready for General Admission doors at 4pm. Most years we’ve been out of food before 6pm, so chefs and farmers can get away from their tables & enjoy a drink and the scene.
GROUP PHOTO
We’ll be gathering for our annual group photo with all farmers, chefs, and Oyster South team around 2:15pm. Don’t miss it!

SHELL RECYCLING
Shell 2 Shore will be onsite again collecting shells and talking to folks about oyster shell recycling. Attendees will be prompted to toss their empty shells into blue shell recycling located throughout the event site.
LOAD-OUT
Please just dump out your ice, be sure all shells are placed in Shells Only receptacles and remove all personal belongings from your station. We will take care of breaking down tables, trash, etc. We cannot store anything overnight for pick-up. All vendors must depart the park by 8:30pm.
