We're proud to be back at Legacy Park for year 9! Legacy Park is conveniently located on the southeastern side of Decatur, just 1.3 miles from the Square. It’s easily accessible whether you’re walking, rolling, taking MARTA, or arriving by car. Learn more here.
There is construction going on at the Park, so please pardon any equipment at the drop off area!
Travel smart! There is no parking onsite at Legacy Park. Because of that, and because we have 17 cocktail stations (hello!), rideshare services or public transit are HIGHLY recommended. We will have a Rideshare Drop Off and Pick Up area in the front loop.
For designated drivers, parking will be available across the street at the Columbia Theological Seminary. The parking lot is in the Seminary Library area and the entrance is off Inman Drive. Because it's Sunday, you're also welcome to use available parking spots in front of Campbell Hall building. Parking is provided to vehicle owners at their own risk. There is NO overnight parking; cars left overnight will be towed at owner’s expense. Once again, we highly recommend Uber, Lyft or the rideshare of your choice.
Please remember to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and don't forget to visit our SmartWater & Topo Chico stations!
And speaking of water, we are a rain OR shine event - so please dress accordingly!
No pets, no smoking, no outside food or beverage allowed.
All ticketholders must be 21 or older.
LANDLOCKED 9 is a cashless event and there is no ATM onsite. All food and drink are included in your admission ticket. However! We've got some killer merch this year, plus you'll wanna buy raffle tix for the Rock Paper Scissors competition to win a Big Green Egg bid on a Live Auction Experience...so bring your plastic!
GETTING IN
The festival entrance for both VIP and General Admission is through the oyster tent.
Follow the path up from the Rideshare Drop Off and you can't miss us!

Please note that any Big Green Eggs won must be picked up at the event or the next morning at Legacy Park. Otherwise they'll go back to the BGE HQ (in Atlanta). There is no shipping.
To enter the competition, snag some tickets at the merch table or from any of our roving raffle ticket salespeople (look for the oyster and hot sauce costumes!!) : $25 for one, $100 for 5, or $150 for 10. We have Four (4) Big Green Eggs to give away this year. If you're lucky one of them could be rolling home with you!

A LITTLE FINE PRINT FOR YA
Heads up! When Oyster South folks aren't shucking mountains of oysters or keeping you hydrated, we'll be capturing photos and video at Landlocked 9. It’s possible that we may use your image for future promotional or commercial purposes. Please be aware that by entering the event, you consent to your name, voice or likeness being used by Oyster South to support our future nonprofit activities.
Y'all know the deal with oysters already, but the State of Georgia would like us to officially remind you: consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
YOUR IMPACT
This year more than ever, we are SO appreciative of your support of Oyster South. As you know, we are a nonprofit organization – which means our bottom line is measured in successful oyster farmers, healthy waters and good food across the region we serve. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for being part of LANDLOCKED 9. Your financial support is what keeps the lights on, but your love of our Southern oyster community is what keeps us moving forward.
We have a big year ahead of us. This Sunday, let's celebrate!
